There have been a few times the alarm has not sounded, yet works almost all other times. Very frustrating! I manually check it each night (verify AM, Day, Volume, etc.). It has worked perfectly for over 2 years so just recently.
We'd like to help with this. Are you using the clock application that came with your device or an application that you downloaded? Is all your software up to date?
