Sound Volume Issues

Sound levels for audio and notifications goes up and down while the screen shows the volume all the way up. Why is the volume dropping when no adjustment is made and screen shows full volume?

Do you have any gesture/ smart features enabled that lower call-rings or react to flipping the screen over?  or is this just erratic volume rise and fall whenever there is any sound coming out of the phone?

Only one turned on is Palm Swipe to capture. Even when i push the volume up button it beeps at at a mid level volume when it shows it's at highest volume. It intermittent.

A search produced other users with similar issues regarding call and speaker volume, notification volumes and likewise.  None listed any fix.
