Can verizon factory reset/wipe a stolen phone?
We want to make sure we have all the details to assist you as efficiently as possible. Has anything happened that has you asking this? If so, we will do everything we can to help. We are not able to wipe/factory reset the device ourselves but there are third party options for this. The options to wipe the phone would depend on the type of phone it is. However, we can stop all service on the phone (calls, texts, and data). Does this help?
