There isn't one. There won't be one until 4.4 KitKat due in March at the earliest - according to several news articles which indicate that Verizon and Samsung know all about these issues in spit of the responses in this forum.
There are many complaints about the 4.3 update. There are now news articles which document that the update was a fiasco, and that Verizon doesn't expect a fix until March at the earliest. I wish support would stop playing dumb about this, when with this many complaints its obvious that Verizon either knows about the issue or should know. See for example http://au.ibtimes.com/articles/535780/20140124/galaxy-s4-s3-note-2-android-4.htm#.UuP9-_3nbIV or http://phandroid.com/2013/12/20/verizon-galaxy-note-2-android-4-3/ or http://www.gottabemobile.com/2014/01/22/galaxy-s4-galaxy-s3-android-4-3-problems-pitchforks/. Verizon needs to step up and get this fixed. It's clear there's an issue and playing dumb about it is NOT good customer service.
The links to those articles have been posted several times already. Do we really need to continue flooding the community with the same topic over and over again? Samsung is the one that has to fix the issues. Hound them.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
