I have a Note 5 and lately it shows the incorrect time, about 5 minutes behind, even after restarting. I live in Eastern time zone, but the area code for the phone number is Pacific time zone, don't know if that makes a difference- it never used to...

Hi, thanks for replying. I don't think the software can be updated anymore, it's a Samsung Note 5, so several years old. The last update was 8/24/18 to N920VVRS3CRH1.

Thanks! The problem was that somehow the set time/date automatically was turned off. When I turned it on the correct time was displayed. ☺
