TouchWiz problems after Lollipop

Nothing but problems after Lollipop (trouble-date)!!  Touch Wiz seems to be the biggest problem can't unlock phone it just goes into a loop.  It starts to unlock but wallpaper is black then goes back to lock screen.  I'm using the fingerprint to unlock going to change that to see if it helps.  I had no problems before Lollipop!!!  Now I have to restart my phone 5 to 10 times a day depending on how much I'm trying to use it.  What can I do to fix this??  Why isn't there a easy way to go back to previous version??  Especially when updates cause so many issues??

Thechad842,

Thanks for sharing those additional details. If you are noticing that these issues occurred specifically after the most recent update it may be best to backup your device and the reset it to defaults to allow the OS to reinstall. Take a look here to see how you can back your phone up with Verizon Cloud http://vz.to/1p1RUE1. When ready you can see here how to reset the device http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-137674/.

Hello Thechad842! Let's restore the life back to your phone again! To confirm, is your phone the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge? How long ago did you update to Lollipop? What's the impacted zip code? What type of function are you using it for where you feel you have to restart the phone? Unfortantely there isn't  a way to go back to the previous software version. Thanks in advance for clarifying!

Yes it's a Samsung Note Edge, updated about 2 weeks ago, 18360, it gets stuck in a loop when I'm trying to unlock the phone to use it.  It's been better since I turned off the fingerprint as my unlock but no matter what method of unlock I use I shouldn't have problems not for what I paided and I'm still paying for service.  Right now I'm paying for my phone to be updated to something that doesn't work.  Went for no problems to lots of problems and Verizon sends me a bill!!!!!
