I'm getting ready to submit my trade in and it mentions not to send in chargers etc. I was wondering if a lost S pen would affect the value of the phone? Does it lower the trade in value if the S pen is missing from the trade in device?
Hello, SammieSolie. The S Pen is considered an accessory when come to our Phone Trade In program. Your Trade In value will not be impacted due to not sending the phone in with the S Pen.
