Two issues: 1) Voice to Text and 2) Why does WiFi turn on all by itself?

Two issues:  1) Voice to Text was great on S6.  Now, with Note 7, it won't capitalize first letter of first word in paragraph, names, or words like days of the week.  Also, poor recognizing punctuation marks or "new paragraph" which the S6 did flawlessly. 

2)  Why does WiFi turn on all by itself?  Is the phone doing it, or some app?  Thanks!

2) smart switch is selected/wi-fi/advanced & will leave network & go into wi-fi when signal is strong enough.
