Our customers are able to return their Note 7 phones to any of our corporate store locations. Was there no other phone you wanted to upgrade to at this time? That statement is not true! Many people in these forums including myself have been turned away by Corporate Stores.

Pls don't ever mention about Corporate Store again, so many People went to the Corporate Store for exchange/return their Note 7 but refused or denied!!!!!!!!
