When are they going to update software - 5.1 or higher what the hell's going on it's taking them a long time.

Honestly, I doubt they will.  That is a fairly old phone model

StaleBread38, Software updates can feel like you're getting a new phone. For the latest update information, visit: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/software-updates/. Meanwhile, make sure your phone will be ready for the update by saving all your information and making sure you have at least 3GB of free space available.
