We want to ensure all your contacts are synced properly and everything else works smoothly after the update, SHAGRA6. Please tell us more about what happened. Is it the sync with a backup service? Is it a sync between backup services (such as between Google and Facebook, for instance)? Aside from the issue with your contacts, how are your other apps and services working on the phone since it updated?
