Anyone gotten a solution from Verizon yet. Right now my Note 2 is dying a slow painful death. My ram is dwindling down to the low 200mbs free. This phone is also a Verizon Factory Certified replacement for my old Note 2 which got stuck in a bootloop while updating to the 4.3 update. So I don't know if I can get another replacement for my phone. I can't upgrade because I got this phone the November that it came out and my 2 year contract isn't up until this November. My music studders(on any music app). At this point I would root my phone and just flash it but guess what? Verizon lock the boot loader on the phone in an attempt to make the customers experience better.
