Just got off the phone w/ a verizon rep and they denied any problems w. the 4.3 update. Since the update my phone restarts itself, locks up, will not turn on unless i completely remove the battery. Runs way hot and my battery drains. Verizon is turning into a bunch of crooks. Maybe be time to switch carriers.
