I am sick of Verizon and Samsung making any demands on us Note7 folks . Bring it on. My attorney is chomping at the bits to get in this eventual class action suit

I still can't get Verizon or Samsung to send a return box for my two Note 7's. Must not be a dangerous as they say if they don't care about two of them sitting in my house.

For the most part things were going relatively smooth but I am now in the same snag. I exchanged the phone on 12 October. Refund, including taxes and upgrade fee, hit my card exactly 2 weeks later.
I called on 17 October to check status on return box, as I was told 4 days (on the 12th), and was told to call back after 2 weeks if I hadn't received the box and they would place another request.
Called at two weels, was told wait another two weeks that boxes were going out automatically, no request required.
What is funny is I got a letter from Verizon yesterday thanking me for sending and acknowledging they had received back, "your equipment" and the refund was processed. I checked where the 7 is sitting...it didn't teleport itself out.
I'm not calling anymore...the box gets here, I'll send it out. If I have to travel before that time, I'll seal it in a zip lock and bury it somewhere

Well, not much I can do at this point . I can't mail it back by regular mail, can't return it to a store, can't use it. For now anyway, it acts as dust collector/paperweight/bookshelf decoration until, if, or when the box to ship it back actually arrives. I figure if they try to charge me for the cost of the phone, I would have more clout at that point to get the box. I just don't have the time, or desire, to keep harassing Verizon.

I still haven't receive a box for the 2 note7 phones that I bought yet. We have been told that they need to be returned immediately. What do I have to do to get them sent to me?

Allegedly, supposedly the boxes are being sent to the address on the account on an auto-send type effort; there isn't supposed to be a need to call Verizon. However, in my several conversations, I keep getting the, wait 2 weeks and call us back, we'll put in a new request if the box doesn't arrive, answer.
Verizon is refunding the costs related to the 7 automatically without having received the 7 back, so returning it/them immediately isn't a big problem.
My last conversation with a CS rep indicated that they had to work through the first round recalls for refunds first and were just starting work on refunding the second round recalls; I got my refund the next day (I was a round 2 owner as I had waited until the "safe" 7s were out before getting one).

From what I heard the 7s can't be re-activated. Since there was a recall there is also no support. All warranties are void as are any protection plans anyone may have placed.
There have been posts on site here indicating the accounts were disabled as well so the phones stopped working, even if they were still on the account.
