Hello please help. My voicemail notification will not disappear, I do not have any new voicemails. I have tried the following:
Calling from a different number, left a message deleted it a pressed * and that didn't work
I went to the app manager and hit force stop and cleared data that didn't work
Any help
Boffa1962, no worries! Help is here! Try accessing your voice mail feature directly on your device. Once you've entered your password, you will need to select option 4 for "Personal Options." In Personal options, you will need to disable the Voice mail notification feature and press the * key to end that call. Next, you will need to access your voice mail feature again and turn the Voice mail notificaiton feature back on. This is a soft reset. Keep us posted.
