My sister showed me tonight that whenever she calls and I don't answer it just rings for awhile and then ends the call.

Tpk6918, we want to ensure you can receive voicemails as anticipated. We just need some additional details. Is anyone able to leave you a voicemail? Voicemail does have to be activated within 60 days of service or the mailbox doesn't get created. Had you set up voicemail for your line in the past? What happens when you call *86 send from your VZW device?
