KBan3, ensuring your device works the way it needs to is essential, and you have come to the right place for help. When did you begin to notice this issue? Are you having trouble hearing the person you are speaking with, vise versa or both? What type of calls is being affected? An example would be either calls made over Wi-Fi, standard HD calls, etc.
