I am on a family plan and can usually navigate to the usage section and will get a detail list of numbers called and/or text for both phone numbers. Today I am trying to use this feature and it's not working. How do I view detail usage (Numbers dialed/times and text/number/time detail?
Basically, if my son has a phone I can view his outgoing/incoming texts and calls (messages/calls incoming and outgoing). Now I am not showing this feature on the website as it usually is. I last checked this portion yesterday and it worked but today it's just showing an overview of the usage, not showing a true detail breakdown.....HELP please.
