I am still paying for the phone along with two other Note 4's and two Iphone's under the same program. What can I do to either get this one working or get a replacement? Verizon Wireless Customer Support

you can get warranty replacement if under 1 year
or you can file insurance claim if more than 1 year and you have device insured.
you can look in option to do upgrade .
calling customer support might give you more detail and better out come if you had not called yet (*611 or 1 800 922 0204)
I do not have the insurance because I was understanding that as long as there was payments left on the two year agreement that included insurance and now that I still owe another 7 to 8 months on the phone I do not know what my options are at this point.
had you tried to call to see if any option to upgrade available with trade in option ? keep us posted
I have spoke with the original Verizon store that I got it from and they told me I had no options so I figured I would come on here to see if anyone else had this issue. I purchased close to $5000 in phones at the same time with the purchase of 3 note 4's and two iphones which I am paying for dearly and I feel like I was given no help from the store. I am just lost for words and basically ready to bail out and go to a different carrier but hate to since I have been with Verizon for years.
store don't have much option please do call csr to ask for any solution you might be surprised ...calling not going to harm it might help you .
Well it comes down to they were no help and offered no support. I was given the option to pay off the phone that is having software issue and then buy a new one. When it's coming up to 7 months that I still have to pay on the phone and then purchase five new ones for the family I will not be coming back to Verizon even after I have been with them since 2006.
You will have to do the same at the next carrier.
