Okay, this is crazy. I have the new Note 7 after spending many hours on phones and in store doing the recall exchange only to find out i have to do this again. I DO NOT want any other phone. My old Galaxy S5 was paid off and I sent it back for a credit to get the Note 7. What do I do now? I would just like my old phone back. If I knew these phones were gonna explode I would have never sent back my old phone and threw out the case and screen protector for it. What are you gonna do Verizon to help me out. I've been through enough with this mishap and just want my old Galaxy S5 back and please don't tell me that a $25 credit will cover all that i've been through. If I am not satified I will happily return this phone for the refund and contact other carriers that treat customers better. Awaiting a response. Will make my decision this weekend and will be shopping around with other carriers in the meantime.
