What is Verizon going to do about this bad update? I keep reading where everybody is having problems with this update. And I keep seeing Verizon support making excuses and blaing everything except the real problem( the marshmallow update ).
When was the update.was it a security update.
I'm sorry. I was referring to the android marshmallow update that's causing everyone's phones to go screwy.
Verizon can still troubleshoot the equipment issues, offer advice on replacement options through the warranty, insurance or upgrade programs, and report issues to Samsung and Google for a fix since they're the makers of the software.
