What is Verizon going to do about this bad update? I keep reading where everybody is having problems with this update. And I keep seeing Verizon support making excuses and blaing everything except the real problem( the marshmallow update ).
Verizon can still troubleshoot the equipment issues, offer advice on replacement options through the warranty, insurance or upgrade programs, and report issues to Samsung and Google for a fix since they're the makers of the software.
Updating software on the phone should be an easy task with enhancements that will help improve the experience with your device.
