It can use on how ya want to look at it.. no I don't always shut it off but there's times I do.. good day..
Fedup, it is real. (Rooting discussion removed as required by Verizon Wireless Terms of Service) That is how the icons will appear now. The 4G icon and wifi icon will be up there all the time. The wifi icon doesn't have the upload or download activity icons anymore. The 4G icon is dimmed out as it is currently on wifi. The OTA should be popping up for Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3's tomorrow (Monday the 21st). This could change though, hopefully it doesn't! Fingers crossed.
