When using headphones or speakers, my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be very quiet even though the volume setting is high. It will then randomly get really loud. How can I fix this?

A: While using the headphone jack, the volume will be initially set to mid-range automatically to keep the sound level in a safe range. You can adjust the sound level after the warning is dismissed.
