Hello Everyone -
My workplace is requiring that we install the AirWatch app on our phones in order to access company email, calendar, etc.
As part of installing the AirWatch, it is requiring whole device encryption.
The encryption is not working on my Note 4. The option is there, I have it plugged in with a full battery. It will allow me to select the option, quickly flashes up a padlock icon, goes black for about 60 seconds and then reboots. However, it will not actually encrypt the phone.
Any thoughts?
