trying to upload pictures to my computer, error message says No Pictures Found.....there are hundreds if not thousands of pictures on my phone

Did you pull down the notification shade and change the USB mode to File Transfer?

Depending on how many notifications you have open, you may need to scroll down to see it.  If you still don't see it, have you tried a different USB port or a different USB cable?
