Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why Can't I View My Order Online?

Ordered a new Note 7 in a Verizon store this past Sunday. Received preorder confirmation and was able to track until yesterday when all order information DISAPPEARED!

Stopped at the store and they said it was still processing. No record of it online.

Why should I not cancel and go to T Mobile?
