Why does the Verizon site (see bottom regarding Note 7 Recall) state that I can return to a store and get a full refund? I tried and was denied.
The information listed on the link at the bottom of the page - Samsung Galaxy Note7 | Verizon Wireless - states that you can return the Note 7 and all accessories purchased from Verizon to the Verizon corporate store. I tried that with my mom - both of us got the Note 7 - and we got nowhere on Saturday. We instead had to pay the 2 year contract price for the new phones we bought and have no information about when a box might be sent. The poor people in the corporate store are being given no guidance. It's pathetic. Verizon, you are handling this very poorly.
This is great! Verison has refused my return of the note 7 also. Know why? Because I scheduled a payment. I have to wait until the payment posts before I can return a dangerous device!
Unbelevable. Meanwhile I am getting emails, txts etc to return my device ASAP!
