it's not activated, something happened during the activation.

turn it off/back on & see if you start the activation process.

bhjulian8, this is most concerning to hear as you should not receive calls about activating your phone since it has been activated for a month. I’d like to help solve this mystery so that you are not bothered by it again. During the call, are there any instructions provided for you to do?

I'm not getting calls, just periodic messages on the screen that say to call a Verizon Number from another phone.  Also the messages do not go away when swiped, but do upon reset.  They come back though.

This is definitely odd to keep getting that message bhjulian8. We want to work to make sure we get this working. Are all you other services working with your phone? For example, are calls, texts, and data going through successfully? Have you recently suspended your line?

ASK tech support to help you do recovery mode to restore phone,NOT........the opyion in the settings that say reset.99 times of 100 gets it back to new.
