The "please wait starting service" screen timed-out on my compatible unserviced Verizon device(Note2), Message+ refuses to activate even though it sends the pin to my current device (an S5). I have tried uninstalling on my Note2, restarting, and reinstalling. Each time I go to the activation screen it sends me the text on my S5 but I never have the opportunity to input the pin code since the screen times-out and sends me to the blank "Conversations" screen, where I cannot send any messages because Message+ is still not activated.

It may be because the Note 2 is seen as a phone, and not as a tablet or "other device". You can't set up Messages+ to sync to another phone, only a tablet, or computer.
