Why can't I see my device when I connect it to my PC with via USB?
willywachendon

I used to connect my galaxy note 4 with a usb cord to my pc and I would see the files on my phone on my pc file explorer.
Now I connect, and the samsung-sm-n910v folder DOES appear but when I click on it, it says the folder is empty.
What is causing this problem?

With the Marshmallow update, the default USB mode is charge only.  Once you connect the phone to the computer via the USB cable, pull down the notification shade and tap where it says USB Charging.  Then change it to File Transfer.
