I have to restart my phone to get it off my screen. This has been going on for a few weeks, so it seems. I have the Note 3. Thanks!

@brigetterad
I want to ensure your device application features are working properly on your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 again.
I would like to suggest a few troubleshooting steps. It appears this may have started since the last Google application update. Let's first clear the data for the Google Text-To-Speech Engine or it might read as the Samsung Text-To-Speech Engine http://vz.to/1Ll15GL. Once that's done, uninstall the application updates for the "Google App" application http://vz.to/1Lz5goP. Please let me know how this works out for you.

Thanks AnthonyTa.. I just now got your reply. I assumed it would come in my email. Anywho! It's been almost two weeks since I first contacted Verizon about this issue and it seems that it has corrected itself. However, I will keep your notes for future reference should it begin to happen again. Thanks so much for your reply!
