Is anyone having trouble with the Action Memo on the Note 3? It says it's saving memos but it's not and when I went to application manager, there are 3 Action Memo apps??? Help?

My daughter helped me figure it out. It was set to the color instead of the default so only certain colored notes would show up. Don't know how it did that but we're good now.

musicbysterling, sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Action Memo app. We want that device to work seemlessly for you. Try resetting the Action memo apps: http://vz.to/1mWzlkN . Power the device off and back on again and retest. Let us know how it's working.
