Why suddenly my Note 2 has been popping up roaming signal every 3 min. even in my house?

I have had my Samsung Note 2 for over a year.  All of sudden for last 3 months it has been popping up the roaming signal every 3 min.  Even in my house!!! My statement shows no roaming charge but why does my phone think it's roaming?  It is rather annoying because when it shows the roaming signal, it stops everything.   How can I fix this?

I would love to assist you in resolving this device issue.  Is this happening at one specific location or everywhere you travel?  If it's only happening at one specific location, what is the zip code of this location?  Please try removing and reinserting the SIM Card of your device http://vz.to/1otwlNl to ensure the device roaming capabilities are up to date.  Keep me posted.
