Downloads / updates from google app store drop off wifi after 20 seconds. Seems to work ok via mobile data. Toggling airplane mode, wifi, mobile data, bluetooth to no effect. Deleting google play services & play store caches & uninstalling smart wifi toggler app no help either. Also, battery drains much faster than with lollipop. Not sure where to report these issues & get help.
Factory Reset and not allowing Google to restore any saved settings ended up resolving the issue for me.
