Hi
When i try and connect to wifi the icon just turns a dim green but never connects to any wifi around me in the area. I tried factory resetting the phone but still no change. my phone is pretty much useless now because i can't connect to any wifi please help

We definitely want you to be connecting to WiFi. What happens when you tap on an available network? Are you able to enter in the wireless passcode?

Go to advanced settings in wifi menu then choose wifi frequencie band and make sure it is set to auto. It would not show ip address until auto was selected. once we did that we were able to connect to wifi
