I got a new Dell m4800 this week and cannot get it to connect to the hotspot in my Note 3. I have run the setup several times and the Windows 10 wifi just says "cannot connect to this network," and doesn't offer any help. I also tried the Windows 7 "copy to USB drive" to move the connect profile to the new computer, but evidently MS didn't think it was needed in W10. My windows 7 laptop works OK to the Note 3 mobile hotspot and the M4800 connects to my home ATT wifi OK.
Any ideas appreciated. I need this to work when I'm past the last phone pole with wired internet.
