constant rebooting fix

My note 4 keeps rebooting and will not go into safe mode, then when it finally comes up it stays on for about 30 minutes to 1 hr and reboots again, can someone help?

Have no noticed any apps that are activating on their own when you tap the Multi-window key on the phone?
