data network issues

I am having data network issues with my Note 4.  Network keeps changing from 4Glte to 3G and then 1X, and then the data network cuts out completely.  Is there currently a data network issue in OKC, OK with Verizon?  Not sure if it is the phone or the verizon network?  I wasn't having these issues with the Galaxy S4 that I had a month ago.  And the issues with the note 4 started about a week and a half ago.  Any help is appreciated.

sobmada, Congrats on such a great new phone! I know the importance of ensuring your data is at it's best. I'm showing good 4G LTE coverage in your area and no issues recently reported. Is this issue happening indoors, outdoors, or both! Please try removing the phone SIM card http://vz.to/1A54BTT for about 30 seconds. Any change?

This was happening both inside and outside.  Seems to be working better after removing the SIM card for a little while.  Thanks.
