how to change from 4g to 3g

I get better 3g data reception at my office. Is there anyway I can shut off the 4g LTE to get just 3g reception.

There isnt a way to go 3G only anymore.  Most current phones are Global or LTE/CDMA.

ATT allows it in the cellular network settings. May go back to them.
