Sorry for any issues with your software update. Let's check this out and see what's going on! I have the Note 3 myself and I haven't had any issues with the clock. Please go to the application manager, and clear the data and the cache from the clock. Please also remove the SIM card and the battery from the device, wait 60 seconds, reattach everything and power the device back on.
