I recently switched to the message+ as my default...since I have not been alerted by tone or LED light when I have received a text message. I have made sure that the notifications are on and the tone works when I pick it but does not alert me to messages. Any suggestions?
Lets ensure notifications are flowing in. Were the notifications set via the application or general settings of the device? You may need to enable settings from the Message + application. ( Message + > Menu ( left side top of application, three horizontal lines ) > Settings > Notification ( enabled with green check mark )
