after yesterday updated its not working properly, kkep shutting on/off......its just ruined my phone i regret intalling it

CHAYO.050, we want to make sure your phone was updated successfully.  Don't worry we will help get your phone back up and running smoothly. Updates are supposed to enhance your device and not cause problems.  However, updates can sometimes falter during downloads which can cause some issues.  I recommend trying the Software repair assistant, follow the link for instructions: http://vz.to/2oYQQpP
