my phone can not send texts or calls to a specific person but can receive text and calls from that number.... can anyone hep with this?

Help has arrived, Tjay1225 - Let's make sure you stay connected with the people that matter most to you! What carrier are they with? Are you getting a specific error when sending text or call? Is the number being entered as 10 digits or 7?
