as of yesterday at 4 pm I have had no service on my note 2, this is the 4th time this has happened since I have had this phone, I had no problems with my iphone whatsoever. I already received a new sim card for this phone so that isn't the issue, getting real tired of this happening. any ideas on what it could be?
I have the same issue and every single verizon rep tells me to use the warranty, but because I have a cracked screen it will cost me 150.00.
This is total BS. The phone is crap and Verizon is NOT standing behind their product. Timne to go to Sprint.
