note 3 problems

does anyone have problem with there note 3 dropping calls and there network signal being very low.  i paid alot of money for this phone and i cant even use it at home, when i had the motorola razr it was awesome for signal strength so when i got the note i was thinking its gotta have better service boy was i wrong.

well i hope someone can help cause i hate this shit
