From steffi at samsung I would like to inform you that the device will get the 4.3 update however I am skrry to inform you that we do not know the exact date when it will be released. I do uunderstand your concern I shall inform you the update is available for the device from carrier itself because of which we are unable to speculate when it will be released from them.
