I turned in my NOTE7 because of the recall and went back to my note4(perfect shape). The rep at the store was very awesome and helpful with the exchange. I got refunded my fees and for my accessories i purchased thru the store. My issue after getting home, everything is back to normal on my account(note7 gone ,note 4 active). But it shows my only available upgrade now is if i buy full retail price. Will i also be able to get my upgrade back ? Since im just gonna wait till down the road to get a upgrade.
