separate plans

Wondering if I can separate my plan from my husband.

You'd need an Assumption of Liability to take over your line from his account.

I don't understand.  Can I change my plans. I have a plan on my phone and my husband has his on plans , do we not sharing the data

You cannot share data with lines not on your account.  You said you wanted to separate your plan from your husband.  that puts you on separate accounts  Once you either take over your line on your own account or leave that line on his account and start your own, you can begin or change to whatever plan is available.
