Anyone know why I can't use a note 10+ from xfinity mobile on verizon's network? I've paid off the phone and it's unlocked and able to be used for phone calls but that's it. Can't open apps unless I'm connected with wifi. tried contacting verizon tech support but been on hold now 55 minutes, tried to use the link they texted me but that prompts me to login and then won't let me login? Is the customer service for verizon always this terrible??
